At Qisara, we value your privacy and give you the option to request the deletion of your personal data while keeping your account active.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete Data via the App
You can delete your personal data directly from the Qisara app by following these steps:
- Open the Qisara app.
- Go to the Menu screen.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Select Delete My Data and confirm your choice.
Once confirmed, your personal data will be permanently deleted, but your account will remain active.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you prefer, you can also request data deletion by email:
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your Qisara account.
We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- ✅ All personal data stored in your account (e.g., preferences, saved stories, customizations).
- ✅ Any collected analytics or non-essential data linked to your usage.
- ❗ We retain only data required by applicable legal frameworks.
- 🔒 Any legally required data will be securely stored for the mandatory retention period.
Important Notes
Requesting data deletion does not delete your account. You can continue using Qisara after your personal data has been removed. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please visit our Delete Account page.
