How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Data via the App

You can delete your personal data directly from the Qisara app by following these steps:

• Open the **Qisara app**.
• Go to the **Menu** screen.
• Go to the **Profile** screen.
• Select **Delete My Data** and confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, your personal data will be permanently deleted, but your account will remain active.

Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can also request data deletion by email:

• Send an email to [email protected].
• Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your Qisara account.

We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• ✅ All personal data stored in your account (e.g., preferences, saved stories, customizations).
• ✅ Any collected analytics or non-essential data linked to your usage.
• ❗ We retain only data required by applicable legal frameworks.
• 🔒 Any legally required data will be securely stored for the mandatory retention period.

Important Notes

Requesting data deletion **does not delete your account**. You can continue using Qisara after your personal data has been removed. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please visit our Delete Account page.
