How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete via the App

You can delete your account directly from the Qisara app by following these steps:

• Open the **Qisara app**.
• Go to the **Menu** screen.
• Go to the **Profile** screen.
• Select **Delete Account** and confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to [email protected].
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your Qisara account.

We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What Happens After Deletion?

• ✅ Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
• ✅ Any stored preferences, progress, or history will be erased.
• ❗ We retain only data required by applicable legal frameworks.
• 🔒 Any legally required data will be securely stored for the mandatory retention period.

Important Notes

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. If you plan to use Qisara again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
