At Qisara, we respect your privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account whenever you choose.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete via the App

You can delete your account directly from the Qisara app by following these steps:

• Open the Qisara app.
• Go to the Menu screen.
• Go to the Profile screen.
• Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to [email protected].
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with your Qisara account.

We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

What Happens After Deletion?

• ✅ Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
• ✅ Any stored preferences, progress, or history will be erased.
• ❗ We retain only data required by applicable legal frameworks.
• 🔒 Any legally required data will be securely stored for the mandatory retention period.

Important Notes

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. New sign-ups are currently closed, so a deleted account cannot be recreated.

Service Change and Data Deletion

With a major app update, planned no earlier than 25 October 2026, the stories and data stored in existing accounts will not be carried over. Export requests remain possible until 30 days after the update is released (by email to [email protected], written from the email address of your account). After that, all remaining account data is permanently deleted. You can delete your account earlier at any time.
